Return and Policy

Our hair is FINAL SALE due to federal laws regarding health and sanitation. NO returns or exchanges. If you notice your product to be defective, please contact us at contact@kierashardae.com IMMEDIATELY within 3 business days. If your item is defective we will allow an exchange. We will NOT allow an exchange if the item has ANY signs of being worn. For hair, hair cannot be brushed, combed, cut, taken out of the bundle and tried on, or processed in anyway. If our company decides to take your product back, we will notify you and you are responsible for the shipping and shipping MUST have a tracking number that needs to be emailed to us for your return to be processed. We REQUIRE a tracking number for returns to protect both the buyer and our business. If you return an item without a tracking number and it goes missing, we ARE NOT responsible. Please allow 3-7 days processing for returns.
WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE ANY EXCHANGE.

Shipping

After order is placed please allow 3-5 business days to process and verify credit card authorization before we ship out your order. During this time, you will receive a tracking number via email. Generally shipping takes about 2-3 days for hair products and 4-7 days with hair extensions and wigs. When your order is shipped we will email you with a tracking number. After orders are placed we are unable to change shipping addresses. We are not responsible for carrier delays from the post office, natural disaster delays, or delays due to the holiday. We strongly suggest not booking a hair appointment until you have received your order.
